1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and w500 ("w500," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the w500 website located at https://w500.win and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, sports betting markets, and related financial services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the w500 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w500 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

w500's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
